This is our pilot project. Planned to be 8 rooms with 3-parts section (Guest area, Main area, Kitchen and Bathroom area), Individual using token based electricity bill, Standard kitchen sink with stove / gas storage compartment, Standard toilet and bathroom tube, 40x40 tiled floor for each section and Sturdy and Fireproof wall material.
